K-12 Technology Curriculum (Skills Development) The Technology Committee of SAD #59 has developed a K-12 technology skills curriculum. The Committee has identified the skills that students will acquire at each grade level. This curriculum builds on previously taught skills. Technology skills are introduced and continually reinforced. As a result, students will use technology independently. These skills are integrated into all curriculum areas. Classroom instruction emphasizes using computers as a tool for enhancing student learning and achievement. Technology has allowed teachers to meet the needs of a wide variety of learning styles and abilities. Skills Development Checklist |
